(Men, Ladies) in Short Program and Free Skating.
- »TIVOLI CUP« for boys and girls in categories Chicks, Cubs,
Springs and Debs in Free Skating only

»DRAGON
TROPHY«
Each National Figure Skating Federation associated in I.S.U., may
enter 2 competitors (2 Men and 2 Ladies) in each category. The
Organizer reserves the right to enter more competitors in each
category.
»TIVOLI CUP«
Each Club, from the I.S.U. Member, may enter 2 competitors (2 girls
and 2 boys) in each category. The Organizer reserves the right to
enter more competitors in each category.

later than on January 15,

Charges: |
The entries for the »DRAGON TROPHY«
are free of charge, while for the »TIVOLI CUP« a fee of 30 EUR is to
be paid for each competitor. |

Judges: |
Each participating National Figure
Skating Federation or club may nominate one International or
Championships Judge for »DRAGON TROPHY«, which will be able to judge
one to two categories at »TIVOLI CUP«, if needed.
Clubs may nominate one, at least National Judge, just for »TIVOLI
CUP«.
In case of too many nominated judges, the organizer will draw the
panels of judges after the entries closing date. Immediately after,
the written confirmation will be sent to each federation/club

Responsibilities: |
In
accordance to the I.S.U. Regulations, Rule 119, all participants act
on their own responsibility. The organizer will provide medical
emergency aid during the competition and the practice time.
In accordance with Rule 109 of the ISU Regulations and ISU
Communication No.1420, all skaters who do not have the nationality of
the Member by which they have been entered or who, although heaving
such nationality, have in the past represented another Member, must
produce an ISU Clearance Certificate. |

Music: |
Music will be reproduced from a
cassette or CD player (normal speed). Cassettes or CD-s must be
labeled clearly with the competitor's name, club/National Federation
and category in which the competitor is competing. Such labeled
cassettes or CD-s should be delivered to the organizer immediately
after the arrival. |

Judging System: |
For DRAGON TROPHY the ISU Judging System will be used
The 6.0 judging system will be used for TIVOLY CUP. Results will be calculated in accordance to I.S.U.
Regulations 2002, Rules 353-357 (OBO-System). |

Expenses: |
The full board hotel accommodation
(M Hotel) for the Referees and Judges will be arranged and born by the
organizer from the lunch on Wednesday, February 6, till the breakfast
on Monday, February 11, 2008. Travel costs for Referees and Judges are
to be born by the club or the respective National federation.
The Organizer will not be able to cover any expense for competitors,
team leaders and coaches. |

Transportation: |
The
Organizer will provide the transportation from and to the airport.
One-way transfer fee is 9 € per person |
The Time Schedule of the events will be published immediately after the
entries closing date and dispatched to all entered clubs.

CATEGORIES:
I. »DRAGON TROPHY«
JUNIOR Men and Ladies:
according to ISU Regulations Figure Skating 2006
NOVICES: Born July 1st,1992 and June 30th, 1997 : according to ISU Communication No.1397 for singles:
Short Program of a maximum duration
2:30 minutes.
i. Novice Girls:
a. Axel Paulsen or double Axel Paulsen
b. Double or tripple jump immediately preceded by
connecting steps
c. One jump combination consisting of two
double jumps, or one double and one triple jump, both jumps may not repeat jump in a) or b)
d. Layback or sideways leaning spin
(minimum of six (6) revolutions)
e. Spin combination with only one change of foot and at least one change of position (minimum of five (5) revolutions on each foot). The minimum number of revolutions required in position is two (2). In case this requirement is not fulfilled, the position is not counted
f.One spiral sequence consisting at least two (2) spiral positions. Spiral sequence has to be according to the remarks in the ISU Technical Rules Single & Pairs Skating 2006. A spiral position in order to be counted must be held for at least three (3) seconds.
g. One step sequence with full utilization of the ice surface (straight line, serpentine or circular).
ii. Novice Boys:
a. Axel Paulsen or Double Axel Paulsen
b. Double or triple jump immediately preceded by
connecting steps, not repeat jump in a)
c. One jump combination consisting of two double jumps or one double and one triple jump, both jumps may not repeat jump in a) or b)
d. Camel or sit spin (minimum of six (6) revolutions). Change of foot is optional. No flying entrance
e. Spin combination with only one change of foot and at least one change of position (minimum of five (5) revolutions on each foot). The minimum number of revolutions required in position is two (2). In case this requirement is not fulfilled, the position is not counted
f. Two (2) step sequences of different nature with full utilization of the ice surface (straight line, serpentine or circular).
Novice Free Skating Program of 3:00 minutes (+ or - 10 seconds) for Girls and 3:30 minutes (+ or - 10 seconds) for Boys.
A well balanced Free Skating program for Singles must contain:
a.Maximum of 6 jump elements for Girls and maximum of 7 jump elelments for Boys one of which must be an Axel type jump and there may be up to three (3) jump combination or sequences. Only one jump combination can contain three (3) jumps. A jump sequence can contain any number of jumps, but only two most difficult jumps will be counted. Only two (2) jumps with two and a half (2 ?) or three (3) revolutions can be repeated either in a jump combination or jump sequence.
b. There must be at least three (3) spins of a different nature, one of which must be a spin combination (total of ten (10) revolutions minimum) and one a flying spin with no change of position and no change of foot (minimum of five (6) revolutions). In spins the minimum number of revolutions required in a position is two (2). In case this requirement is not fulfilled, the position is not counted. The number of changes of foot in spin combination is optional.
c. There must be a maximum of one (1) step sequence or one (1) spiral sequence consisting of at least two (2) spiral positions for both boys and Girls. A spiral position in order to be counted must be held for at least three (3) seconds.

CUP«
DEBS*:
Born in 1994 or younger - free skating only
SPRINGS*: Born in 1996 or younger - free skating only
Girls: 2 min 30 sec +/- 10 sec
Boys:3 min +/- 10 sec
CUBS*: Born in 1998 or younger - free skating only
Girls: 2 min +/- 10 sec
Boys:2 min 30 sec +/- 10 sec
CHICKS*: Born in 2000 or younger - free skating only
Girls: 2 min +/- 10 sec
