Dear I.S.U. Members, we are very happy to invite you to the »DRAGON TROPHY«, for the second time scheduled in the I.S.U. Event Calendar. Due to the huge interest to combine Youngsters and Junior categories at the same time, the 2003 edition will be for Novice (born 1987 or younger) and Junior categories (Short and Free), while younger skaters can participate at the first »TIVOLI CUP« (only Free Skating). Dragon Trophy 2003 entries will be accepted through the respective I.S.U. Members, while Tivoli Cup entries through the clubs as well. Please note, that Official Announcement will be mailed to all I.S.U. Members by October 30, 2002.
